Sensory & One-on-One Support
For children who may feel overwhelmed or need extra attention, we provide sensory tools, quiet zones, and dedicated buddies to help them navigate the morning at their own pace.
From nursery to elementary, each room helps children feel safe, seen, and engaged with God’s truth in age-appropriate ways.
Each environment is tailored to the way children learn, connect, and grow at that stage of life.
A calm, loving space where our youngest children are cared for and prayed over by trusted volunteers. We focus on physical comfort and gentle interactions that help infants and toddlers feel God's peace. The Nest runs through both Sunday services with the same team each week, because a baby settles faster for a face they recognise. Ratios are held at one adult to every three children and never stretched — if the room is full, we open a second one rather than take on more than we can hold. Every cot, bottle and nappy change is logged, and allergies or feeding routines you tell us at check-in are printed on your child's tag. If your baby needs you, your family number appears on the screen in the main hall within seconds. Most parents find they can actually listen to the service by the second or third visit, which is exactly the point. Parents are welcome to stay in the room for as long as they need to. There is no expected handover time and no leader who will hurry you.
Plan a VisitStories, songs, movement, and wonder-filled moments help preschoolers discover God's love. Every activity sparks curiosity and builds a foundation of faith through play and community. A Jungle morning has a shape that never changes: welcome, song, story, craft, snack, and enough running about that they sleep well. Three-year-olds do not learn by sitting still, so the Bible story is acted out rather than read at them, and the craft they take home is a prompt for the week rather than decoration. Ratios are one adult to every four children, with two adults in the room at all times. Snacks are nut-free as standard, and anything else you tell us at check-in is on your child's tag before they walk in. The same story runs across all three rooms each Sunday, at three different depths — so a family with a preschooler and an older child is talking about the same passage on the way home.
Plan a VisitElementary kids engage Scripture through discussion, worship, prayer, and creative activities. We encourage children to ask questions, build deep friendships, and see how God's truth applies to their daily lives. The Lab is built for children who are ready for more than they are usually given. Lessons follow the whole story of Scripture rather than a greatest-hits selection, and the hard parts of a passage are taught rather than skipped. There is a question box on the wall, it is read out every week, and no question in it is treated as too awkward to answer. Children sit at tables in small groups that stay together as they move up through the years, so by the time they leave The Lab they have been asking questions in front of the same faces for a long time. That continuity is deliberate — it is far easier to say you do not understand something in a room where you are already known. Ratios are one adult to every six children, and every leader has completed a background check and annual safeguarding training before they set foot in the room.
