The King Who Welcomes Children

Jesus stops everything to make room for the little ones — and so does His kingdom.

Matthew 19:13–15

You are welcome, exactly as you are.

The disciples try to turn the children away, and Jesus stops them. In one sentence He tells everyone watching that the kingdom belongs to people exactly like these — small, unimpressive, and entirely welcome. Children hear that they are not a distraction from the important work; they are the point of it.
