Calling, Trained Early

Teaching, mentoring, and hands-on serving that turns raw zeal into mature, lasting leadership.

The Need

Why This Ministry Exists

Young people often sense a call long before anyone equips them. They have the fire — but no one hands them the tools, the truth, or the trust to use it.

Untrained passion fades or gets misused, and a generation of would-be leaders drifts to the sidelines or burns out entirely. Every young calling we fail to disciple is a leader the church will wish it had in ten years — and won't.

Teenagers learning to teach, lead worship and care for younger children — with real responsibility and real support.

Our Answer

How We Respond

The Youth College of Ministry pours into them on purpose. Through teaching, close mentoring, and real responsibility, we turn raw zeal into mature, lasting leadership — and we do it while they're young enough to be shaped.

  • Real responsibility. They don't just learn — they lead teams and serve for real.

  • Mentored, not lectured. Older leaders walk closely with each one, week after week.

  • A clear path. Structured terms that build from foundations to leading others.

The Fruit

Proof You Can Point To

I was a shy 15-year-old who got asked to help, then to lead, then to teach. Four years on I run a serving team and mentor the next group. They saw something in me before I could.
